About Invoicious

Invoicious is an invoicing app for iPhone and iPad, made by an independent developer. This site is home to the app's support pages, a free invoice generator, free templates and guides to invoicing.

Who makes Invoicious

Invoicious is built by Nadeem Zafar, an independent iOS developer, and is published on the App Store under that name. It has been on the App Store since October 2025.

What the app does

Invoicious creates invoices, estimates, quotes, receipts and bills on iPhone and iPad, and it also runs on Macs with an M1 chip or later. With it you can:

  • Turn an accepted estimate into an invoice, and create a receipt once an invoice is paid.
  • Send any document as a PDF by email, Messages or another app.
  • Put your logo on a template. Classic, Minimalist and Corporate are free; Creative, Executive, Finance, Consulting and Technology come with Premium.
  • Let the app work out tax, discounts and totals, in the currency your client pays in.
  • See which invoices are paid, unpaid or overdue, and run reports on what you've invoiced, collected and are still owed.
  • Work offline, and back everything up to your own iCloud Drive.

The app is free to download and needs iOS or iPadOS 16.6 or later. Premium is an optional in-app purchase.

What's on this website

How the guides are written

Each article answers one invoicing question and works through an example with real numbers, such as a sample invoice with the tax and totals calculated.

  • Rules, rates and deadlines are checked against official sources, such as tax authorities and government guidance, and the article links to them.
  • Every article shows the date it was published. When a rule it describes changes, the article is updated.
  • When an article mentions Invoicious, it describes only what the app actually does.
  • The guides are general information, not tax or legal advice. For decisions about your own business, check with your tax authority or an accountant.

If you spot a mistake, email support@invoicious.com with the page and what's wrong.

How Invoicious is paid for

The app is free to download, and Premium is an optional in-app purchase. This website may also show ads from Google AdSense. The privacy policy explains the cookies those ads use and how to opt out.

Your data

The App Store privacy label for Invoicious says the developer does not collect any data from the app. Your invoices are stored on your device, and you can back them up to your own iCloud Drive. The invoice generator on this site builds your PDF in your browser, so what you type into it isn't sent to us.
